What You'll Be Doing:
- Be a part of the daily care, learning, and development journey for our littlest learners. β¨
- Help plan and deliver awesome, engaging, and age-appropriate activities that spark joy and curiosity. π
- Contribute to creating a super safe, happy, welcoming, and stimulating environment where every child thrives. π
- Champion children's personal, social, emotional, and physical development. π€ΈββοΈ
- Assist with daily routines like mealtimes, nappy changes, toileting, and sleep times, as needed. ππ΄
- Build genuine, nurturing relationships with the children, their parents/carers, and our amazing team. π€
- Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and confidence in the children. πͺ
- Observe children's play and development, contributing to their learning records. π
- Support children with individual needs, ensuring everyone feels included and valued. π
- Adhere to all safeguarding, health and safety, hygiene, and nursery policies and procedures. β

Key responsibilities
- Support the daily care, learning and development of children aged 0β5 years

- Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, nappy changing, toileting, sleep times and personal hygiene, as appropriate
- Build positive and nurturing relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues
