- Taking direction from your line manager and ensuring all service user license agreements are on point. 📝
- Using your awesome knowledge and experience to help service users with complex needs, including mental health impairments, make positive choices and boost their independence. 💪
- Spotting and sorting out any maintenance issues like a pro, following company procedures to keep things running smoothly. 🛠️
- Cracking down on anti-social behaviour and stepping in quickly to keep things positive. ✋
- Teaming up with awesome professionals like the Police, Housing Officers, Probation, Social Workers, and Mental Health Workers to provide top-notch support. 🤝
Your key missions will include:
- Guiding and supporting service users to live more independently. 🏠
- Helping them make better decisions and build confidence in their daily choices. ✨
- Producing thorough risk and needs assessments, plus creating solid action plans for tenancy readiness and maintenance. 📈
- Becoming a whiz at housing officer support, including guiding service users on welfare and housing benefits to maximise their income. 💰
- Delivering engaging life and social skills courses. 🧠
- Handling property management, including repairs, maintenance, and essential Health & Safety checks. ✅
Your awesome achievements will be measured by:
- Service users successfully maintaining their license agreements. ✅
- Improvements in independence, life, and social skills for service users. 📈
- Service users confidently moving on to independent living. 🌈
- Exceptional collaboration and multi-agency working with other professionals. 🌟
Your equipment responsibilities:
- You're responsible for understanding and following the company's Data Protection Policy and Procedures. 🛡️
- Ensuring all electronic equipment is handled with care and responsibility at all times. 💻
Key responsibilities
- Follow instruction and guidance from line manager.
- Maintain service user Licence Agreements.
- Identify and address property maintenance issues.
- Support statutory services and professionals.
- Deliver life and social skills courses.
Entry requirements
GCSE in: (GCSE English (grade D/3 or above), GCSE Maths (grade D/3 or above))
