What You'll Be Doing:

• Be the Fun Mastermind: Help us dream up and deliver seriously engaging play activities that are safe, inclusive, and totally epic. 🎨
• Club Support Superstar: Work alongside our Site Lead to keep our breakfast and after-school clubs running smoothly and with major positive vibes. ☀️🌙
• Safe Arrival Squad: Be responsible for picking up kids from school and making sure they get safely back to their parents or carers. Your superpower is ensuring their safety! 🤝
• Space Architect: Get hands-on setting up our play areas, which might mean rearranging some furniture and getting the coolest play equipment ready. 🛋️
• Snack & Safety Pro: Prepare and serve yummy refreshments, always keeping hygiene and health and safety top-notch. 🍎💧
• First Aid Hero: Be ready to administer first aid if needed. Knowing you're prepared to help makes everyone feel secure. 🩹
• Encouragement Champion: Motivate kids to jump into activities, cheering them on and supporting their overall well-being. You're their hype person! 🎉
• Relationship Builder: Forge awesome connections with the children, their parents, and the school staff. Good vibes all around! 😊
• Policy Pro: Follow all our important policies for safeguarding, health and safety, and club operations (including EYFS principles where applicable). Staying safe is our priority. ✅

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with the planning and delivery of engaging play activities for children aged 4-11.
• Supporting the daily operation of clubs, including child collection and handover.
• Maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Administering first aid when required and building positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Undertaking training and development as part of the apprenticeship programme.
