What you'll be doing:
- Be the voice of the customer 🗣️ in important department meetings.
- Represent our clients to customers, keeping them in the loop 📧 about any order changes promptly.
- Spot and report any unusual demand patterns 📈.
- Run and distribute essential reports to the right teams 📊.
- Act as our on-site hero 🦸 to speed up parts getting to the warehouse.
- Be a key player in our customer support crew, delivering top-notch customer care ✨.
What you'll need to bring:
- Academic Foundation: GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths, plus Grade 4/C or above in all other subjects.
- Proactive Energy: A go-getter attitude, always ready for new challenges and opportunities with urgency and enthusiasm! 🔥
- Customer Obsession: A knack for building strong relationships and providing solutions that put the customer first. ❤️

Key responsibilities
- Representing the customer within the department in relevant meetings
- Representing the client to the customer by communicating any potential changes in order requirements in a timely and appropriate manner
- Undertaking analysis and identifying abnormal demand and report findings as necessary
- Running and actioning required reports and distributing to relevant departments
- Acting as an onsite representative to expedite parts to the warehouse
Entry requirements
GCSE in: (all other subjects (grade 4/C or above), Maths & English (grade 4/C or above))
