Construction & Civil Engineering Operative 👷♀️👷♂️
Ready to get your hands dirty and build the future? We're looking for motivated individuals to join our construction and civil engineering teams! You'll be involved in projects from the ground up, tackling essential groundwork tasks like drainage systems, concreting, paving, road construction, and utility installations. Safety is our top priority 💯, so you'll be expected to strictly follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times. You'll get to work with a variety of hand and power tools, and learn to use basic setting-out equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical groundwork skills on real, live sites while working collaboratively with supervisors and other skilled tradespeople as a valuable part of our team. Key responsibilities
- Work on construction and civil engineering sites
- Prepare groundworks, including drainage, concreting, paving, roads & utilities
- Follow health, safety and environmental rules
- Use hand tools, power tools and basic setting-out equipment
