What you'll get skilled at:
- Mastering essential IT packages and digital systems (think Office 365 and Datix for managing incidents and risks). 💻
- Creating and maintaining accurate records and documents, including spreadsheets, emails, reports, and confidential info, all following Trust policies. ✅
- Suggesting improvements and presenting smart solutions to the team. 🧠
- Using your communication skills across different platforms to nail stakeholder needs. 🗣️
- Answering queries clearly and representing Trust values. 👍
- Organising meetings, events, and training sessions, including room bookings and managing equipment. 🗂️

Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and contribute to the effective day-to-day running of the team.
- Manage and analyse data, maintaining accurate records and preparing information and reports using multiple IT packages and digital systems.
- Respond to enquiries from colleagues and a range of stakeholders using various communication channels including face-to-face, email, and telephone.
- Organise and facilitate meetings, events, training, and room bookings, including taking minutes.
- Support a range of departmental activities and manage document management systems.
Entry requirements
Essential qualifications (Essential To hold GCSEs at grade A-C or 4 to 9 - Maths and English or Level 2 equivalent qualifications (ie: Functional Skills) To be committed to undertaking & completing a Level 3 in Business Administration Apprenticeship Desirable IT Level 2 and above or a Customer Service qualification)
