Here's the lowdown on what you'll be doing:
- π Undertake trade-specific apprenticeship training to achieve a minimum Level 3 Craft Qualification in your chosen trade.
- π Complete further qualifications and training up to Level 3 in your main trade.
- π‘ Gain up to Level 2 qualifications in an alternative trade for that multi-skilled advantage.
- π Get tons of practical experience across all sorts of maintenance tasks, with expert guidance.
- π·ββοΈ Assist qualified craftspersons with maintaining, operating, and repairing systems.
- π§ Help with installations, fault finding, and all sorts of repair and maintenance tasks.
- π§ Undertake minor installation work as your skills develop.
- β‘ Support the wider team with minor works across electrical, mechanical, and building tasks.
- β Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs when you're confident and ready.
- π€ Work amicably with other trades and lend a hand when needed.

Key responsibilities
- Undertake trade-related apprenticeship training to achieve a minimum Level 3 Craft Qualification in your chosen trade.
- Aid in the maintenance of the Trust's assets through assisting qualified craftspersons or undertaking directed duties.
- Undertake minor installation work according to skill level and training.
- Support the wider Estates team by providing multi skilled trade capabilities for minor works.
- Undertake unsupervised routine maintenance work and minor repairs.

Essential qualifications (Essential Level 2 Maths (Grade C or above) Level 2 English (Grade C or above) Desirable Knowledge or experience of building engineering services - specifically Mechanical or Electrical)
