Radiotherapy is a total game-changer in cancer care, with about half of all cancer patients needing it as part of their treatment journey. This apprenticeship is your golden ticket to a super rewarding allied health profession that blends top-notch patient care with some seriously cool technical skills. 😎
You'll be learning on the job, soaking up knowledge, and hitting the books with a BSc degree at the University of the West of England (UWE) over 36 months. 📚 It's gonna be challenging, but we've got your back every step of the way! 💪 Once you're done, you'll be a registered Therapeutic Radiographer with the HCPC. ✅

- Dive into the Radiotherapy Radiographer Apprenticeship programme. 💯
- Team up with our multi-disciplinary crew to nail all sorts of radiotherapy duties and procedures. 🤝
- Work under the watchful eye of registered health pros. 🧑⚕️
- Explore other radiotherapy departments to level up your experience with different treatments and tech. 💡
- Attend mandatory study weeks at UWE – get ready to absorb some serious knowledge! 🎓

Key responsibilities
- Work as part of the multi-disciplinary team to undertake a range of radiotherapy duties and procedures.
- Work under the supervision of a registered health Practitioner at all times.
- Attend other radiotherapy departments to gain sufficient experience in some treatments or novel technologies.
- Attend mandatory block study weeks for the Radiotherapy Radiographer Apprenticeship programme at the University of the West of England (UWE).
