Your Day-to-Day Adventure: 🤩

As an Apprentice Sales Assistant, you'll be right at the heart of the action! You'll be serving customers with a huge smile 😄, sharing our awesome Star Buys, and making sure everyone leaves feeling fantastic! You’ll help keep our store looking its best and fully stocked 🛍️, while playing a key role in smashing our store targets. It's a hands-on, fast-paced role that's never boring and packed with chances to learn. We see our apprentices as future Team Leaders, and we'll give you everything you need to grow – with brilliant training and real opportunities to progress. 📈

Your Training Journey: 🎓

Your training happens right in the store over the first 12 months – no boring college days or homework! 📚 At the end, you’ll have a discussion about your experiences and an observation. Your team and tutor will support you all the way to achieve your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

You Qualify If… ✅

• You have a Grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (National 4s for Scotland) 📝
• You're not currently in any education and available for full-time shifts 💯
• You HAVEN'T completed a Retail Apprenticeship before 🆕
• You're eligible to work in the UK 🇬🇧
• You're brand new to retail! 🎉
