Your Role:
Get ready to be at the center of the action! As an Apprentice Sales Assistant, you'll be serving customers with a smile 😊, sharing our awesome Star Buys, and making sure everyone leaves feeling fantastic! You'll help keep our store looking its best and stocked up, playing a key part in hitting our store targets. It's a super hands-on role that's fast-paced, never boring, and packed with learning opportunities. We see our Apprentices as future Team Leaders, and we'll give you all the support you need to grow with amazing training and real chances to move up. 📈
Your Training:
Your training is all in-store for the first 12 months – no boring college days or homework! 📚 At the end, you'll have a chat about your experiences and a practical observation. Your team and tutor will be with you every step of the way to help you smash your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship!

You Qualify If:
- You've got a Grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (National 4s for Scotland). 💯
- You're not currently in education and can commit to full-time shifts. 🏃♀️
- You HAVEN'T completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
- You're eligible to work in the UK. 🇬🇧
- You're totally new to the world of retail! 🎉
