We're offering a super cool opportunity to join our Apprentice Programme across our main UK sites.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Getting trained to calibrate and fine-tune all sorts of measuring gear. 🛠️
• Becoming a whiz at spotting and fixing equipment issues. 🧐
• Working to top-notch ISO9001 and ISO17025 quality standards, audited by BSI and UKAS. ✅

This 4-Year Journey Includes:

• NVQ Level 3 & BTEC Diploma Level 3 (or Level 7 in Scotland) in Engineering. 🎓
• Mastering Calibration Fundamentals.
• Hands-on training in UKAS accredited labs, covering pressure, temperature, electrical, and more! 🔥
• Boosting your skills with personal development courses. 🌱
• Becoming a Microsoft software pro. 💻

What's Next?

After your apprenticeship, you'll be a certified Calibration Engineer with UKAS signatory status! 🌟 Your career can then skyrocket to Senior Engineer, Technical Lead, Specialist, or even Management. 📈 Plus, you can keep leveling up your qualifications! 💯

What You'll Need:

• At least 5 GCSEs (Grade 4+ in English & Maths) or Scottish Nationals (Grade A-C in English, Maths & Science). 📚
• Comfort with PCs and Microsoft software. 🖱️
• A go-getter attitude and a knack for solving problems. 💪
• Great communication and people skills. 👋
• Ability to attend college weekly during term time. 🏫

Key responsibilities

• Calibrate and optimise a wide range of measuring instrumentation
• Learn to fault find and repair equipment
• Perform in accordance with Quality System and Company Procedures
