What You'll Do:
Your journey starts from day one with real client work, learning alongside seasoned pros and taking on more responsibility as you grow. Forget staring at screens – you'll be in client meetings, project discussions, and collaborating with colleagues who are masters at solving tough business puzzles. 🤝
You'll join one of two core areas to build essential skills:
- Finance Function Support: Ensure businesses have solid financial footing, accurate reporting, and are prepped for the future. 📊
- Risk and Governance: Help organisations manage risk and stay compliant in a complex world. 🔒
You'll be spending your weekdays in the office or at client sites, where the real consulting magic happens. ✨ Depending on your chosen path, you could be:
- Crafting financial statements and ensuring compliance.
- Transforming financial data into actionable insights for decision-making.
- Chatting with people at all levels of an organisation, from team members to leaders. 🗣️
- Investigating how businesses manage risk through interviews, document reviews, and data analysis.
- Being part of the entire audit and assurance process, from planning to presenting your findings.
- Delivering practical advice to help organisations boost their performance.
What We're Looking For:
No prior experience? No worries! We're on the hunt for curious minds who aren't afraid to ask questions, love getting involved, and thrive in a team environment. If you're eager to learn and make an impact, you're exactly who we need. 🤔💡
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 112 UCAS points across three A levels (or equivalent).
- Must have the existing permanent right to live and work in the UK.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as needed. ✈️

- Preparing statutory financial statements and supporting financial reporting and compliance activities.
