About the role

Job Title: Audit Associate - Early Careers πŸš€

Team: Audit

What We Do:

Ever wondered how people know the financial info they see from companies is legit? That's where audit comes in! We’re the team that checks company financial reports, giving everyone – from the public to investors – the confidence to trust the numbers. It's a role that genuinely protects people and makes a real difference to society. 🌍

The audit world is leveling up fast! We're integrating AI and cutting-edge tech to streamline processes, boost accuracy, and keep pace with how businesses are evolving. We’re not just auditing traditional finance anymore; we're diving into how companies use AI, meaning our work is constantly expanding. If you want to be at the forefront of shaping the future of audit, now is the most exciting time to join us! ✨

What You Bring:

To be considered for this program, you'll need to have achieved or be working towards at least 104 UCAS points (or the equivalent from pre-2017 A levels). We look for 10 core skills across all our Early Careers roles. Check out the 'Discover What We Look For' section in our Candidate Zone for the full scoop! 🧐

You'll quickly be given opportunities to develop people, manage teams (with our full support, of course!), and gain insights into how different businesses operate, including the economic and industry trends that matter to them. Get ready to think creatively, collaborate to solve complex problems, and master critical tech skills, including AI, to future-proof your career. πŸ’‘

Pick Your Path:

Our Audit business has two awesome specialisms:

Where You'll Be:

We embrace a hybrid working model, blending office-based collaboration with the flexibility of working from home. Face-to-face interaction is key for your development, so expect a mix of in-office, home, and client-site days, plus in-person induction and final assessments to help you build connections. 🀝 We're committed to accessibility and offer flexibility for those with health conditions or caring responsibilities.
