You'll be part of our super successful Change Management offering – the biggest and fastest-growing in Northern Ireland. We team up with awesome clients across loads of industries (think tech, media, energy, public sector, and more!) to help them navigate exciting changes, especially with new tech and digital stuff. What you'll bring:

  • A minimum of 104 UCAS points (if gained after 2017) from your top 3 A-Levels.

What you'll be doing:

Get ready for hands-on experience! As a BrightStart in our team, you'll jump into planning and delivering projects that focus on people. You'll work in cool multi-disciplinary teams, getting a feel for the whole change management process – from the initial ideas to making it happen. You'll use top-notch frameworks and methods that have worked on huge projects, all while contributing to stuff that makes a real positive impact. 🌍

This is a client-facing role where you'll team up with Deloitte Human Capital to solve tricky challenges and make transformation happen. You'll have loads of support, learn tons, and be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Your tasks could include:

  • Helping clients roll out new tech, make the employee experience better, and get people excited about new ways of working. πŸ’»
  • Tackling complex business puzzles by digging for insights, brainstorming ideas, and suggesting solutions. πŸ€”
  • Building awesome relationships with your team and clients to get amazing results. πŸ†

Where you'll be working:

We’re a hybrid team! 🏑🏒 You'll get a mix of office and home working, which is super important for your development and flexibility. Client-facing roles might mean heading to client sites sometimes, and meetings will be a mix of online and in-person.
