What You'll Bring:

• Academic Credentials: You'll need at least 104 UCAS points (or equivalent) from your A-levels (or equivalent qualification). If you're already rocking a degree, this one's not for you, as it's a degree apprenticeship.

What You'll Be Doing:

Get ready for a dynamic experience! You'll be a vital part of client projects from day one, collaborating with brilliant minds to tackle challenges, boost performance, and deliver serious value. While every project is unique, you can expect to:

• Help create materials for workshops, communications, project plans, and progress reports. ✍️
• Jump into client workshops and meetings, sharing your insights and taking actions. 🗣️
• Build awesome client relationships by providing top-notch service, understanding their needs, and exceeding expectations with innovative ideas. 🌟
• Offer expert advice and support, tailored specifically for our clients. 🎯

Where You'll Be:

We're all about that balance! Deloitte operates a hybrid model, mixing office days with remote working for that perfect blend of collaboration and flexibility. 🏠🏢 If you're in a client-facing role, expect some client site visits. Your meetings will be a mix of virtual and in-person. Psst... your final assessment and induction will be face-to-face, so get ready to network!
