You'll be joining the Sales & Service squad within Deloitte Digital. This means we help businesses crush their sales goals and boost their customer service game. 💪 We create solutions that make buying a breeze and getting help a positive experience, ensuring every customer interaction is a win! 🎉
What You'll Need:
- Education Goals: You're currently studying towards or have achieved at least 104 UCAS points (that's 260 pre-2017) from your A levels (or equivalent). 📚
- Degree Status: This is a degree apprenticeship, so you must not have completed a degree already.
- Tech Vibe: No prior coding skills are a must, but we're looking for you to have a genuine curiosity and broad interest in technology and digital tools – how they work and what they can do! 💡

Your Day-to-Day:
Get ready for a dynamic experience where you'll contribute from day one! You'll be a key player in delivering projects for our clients, collaborating with a diverse and talented team to solve problems, boost performance, and create value. ✨
While every project is unique, your responsibilities might include:
- Creating awesome materials for workshops, communications, and project progress reports. 📝
- Jumping into project workshops and meetings with clients, sharing your thoughts, and taking notes. 🤝
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships by delivering top-notch service, understanding their needs, and exceeding expectations with creative solutions. 🌟
- Providing expert advice and support to clients, perfectly tailored to their specific challenges. 🎯
Where You'll Be:
We believe in the power of face-to-face connection for your growth, but we also get that flexibility is key! 🏡🏢 We operate a hybrid model, blending office and home working. If you're in a client-facing role, you might join them on-site sometimes, and your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person. Your final assessment and induction will definitely be in-person, so you can really connect and build your network! 🧑🤝🧑

Your Development Journey:
This role is your launchpad to a Computer Systems - Degree Apprenticeship BSc (Hons)! 🎓
