Years 1-2: Legal Assistant & Law Degree Foundations

Get your foot in the door and dive into the world of law! You'll be the backbone of our legal team, handling essential tasks like:

  • 📚 Assisting with legal research and information gathering

All while building the academic side of your career by completing the law degree portion of your apprenticeship. 🚀

Years 3-4: Paralegal & Independent Work

Ready to step up? You'll transition to a paralegal level, taking on more responsibility and developing your practical legal skills:

  • 🔍 Conducting in-depth legal research
  • ⚖️ Managing legal cases and client matters with supervision
  • ✍️ Preparing a range of legal documents
  • 💡 Developing critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

You'll continue to progress your law degree alongside these exciting responsibilities. 📈

Years 5-6: Trainee Solicitor & SQE Preparation

The final stretch! You'll join our trainee solicitor cohorts, gaining diverse experience through:

  • 🔄 Six-month rotations across different departments, experiencing the breadth of our business 🌍
  • 🧑‍🎓 Preparing rigorously for your Solicitors Qualifying Examinations (SQE)
