What you'll be doing:
- UK Customs Coordination: Get ready to dive into the world of international trade! You'll help prepare and organize all the necessary UK customs paperwork, ensuring everything is submitted accurately and on time to our customs broker. 📄✅
- Transport Movement: Be the mastermind behind moving vehicles! You'll coordinate the smooth transit of UK vehicles from Zee to the UK, collaborating with our internal teams and external transport partners to keep everything on track. 🚛✈️
- Customs Budget Watch: Keep an eye on the finances! You'll help monitor the spending and budgets related to UK customs activities while vehicles are making their way to the UK. 💰📊
- Supply Chain Damage Reporting: Help us maintain high standards! You'll manage the daily admin and reporting of any damage incidents that occur within our supply chain. 🛠️🔍
- Fleet Management Support: Become a fleet guru! You'll assist with the day-to-day admin of our internal fleet vehicles, including keeping tabs on mileage and processing orders for new vehicles. 🚗💨
- Stock Analysis & Reporting: Become a data whiz! You'll analyze UK supply chain stock information and create reports to help our Sales Planning Manager make smart business decisions. 📈💡
