What You'll Be Doing:
- Admin Ace: Handle essential administrative tasks that keep our HSE function running smoothly. ✍️
- Record Keeper: Meticulously manage all HSE-related records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. 📊
- Inspector & Auditor: Participate in workplace inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance. 👀
- Training Coordinator: Help organize and schedule vital training sessions to keep everyone informed and safe. 📚
- Compliance Champion: Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures that keep us on the right side of regulations. ⚖️
Key Responsibilities:
- Health & Safety Compliance:
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE policies and procedures. ✅
- Help ensure the company adheres to all relevant environmental and health & safety legislation. 📜
- Support risk assessments and hazard identification across different departments. ⚠️
- Help organize and participate in safety meetings and training sessions. 🗣️
- Environmental Compliance:
- Support the creation and execution of environmental policies aligned with regulations. 🌎
- Maintain records of environmental performance, including waste, emissions, and energy use. ⚡
- Collaborate with teams on the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials. ☢️
- Incident Reporting & Investigations:
- Keep detailed records of accidents, near-misses, and incidents. 🚨
- Assist in investigating incidents to find root causes and suggest solutions. 🔎
- Track the implementation of corrective actions. 🏃♀️
- Record Keeping & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records for HSE audits, training, certifications, permits, and inspections. 📁
- Prepare reports on HSE performance metrics. 📈
- Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits. 📄
- Training & Awareness:
- Coordinate HSE training programs for all employees. 🧑🏫
- Help develop training materials and presentations. 💡
- Ensure training records are up-to-date and meet requirements. 💯
- Audits & Inspections:
- Assist in conducting regular workplace audits and inspections. 🕵️
- Coordinate corrective actions based on audit findings. 🛠️
- Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for HSE inquiries and concerns. 📧
- Communicate HSE policies, procedures, and updates effectively. 📣
- Collaborate with external agencies, consultants, and contractors. 🤝
