  • Engagement Ace: Bring lessons to life with sensory tricks, energising movement breaks, and heaps of positive vibes. ✨
  • Personal Care Pal: Provide a hand with personal care, eating, and mobility when needed. 🤗
  • Therapy & Behaviour Booster: Implement strategies from cool frameworks like the Zones of Regulation. 🚦
  • Team Player: Help out with occupational therapy and speech and language therapy goals. 🤝
  • Profile Pro: Contribute to developing and updating important documents like EHCPs and behaviour plans. 📝
  • Oaklands Advocate: Champion our trauma-informed and autism-friendly approach in everything you do. 💖

Keeping Everyone Safe & Sound:

  • Safeguarding Champ: Always stick to Oaklands' safeguarding policies. Your vigilance is key! ✅
  • Supervision Squad: Keep a watchful eye during transitions, breaks, and off-site fun. 👀
  • Safe Practices: Follow safe handling procedures if trained and needed. 👍
  • Well-being Watcher: Monitor how everyone's doing and flag any concerns to the teacher or DSL. 💯

Be the Best You:

  • Model The Oaklands Way: Live and breathe respect, honesty, kindness, commitment, and creativity. 🌈
  • Collaboration King/Queen: Work like a dream with staff, families, and external pros. 👑
  • Growth Mindset: Reflect on your awesome work and jump into CPD and school training. 🌱
  • Record Keeper: Keep accurate records and contribute to team meetings. ✍️
