What you’ll be doing:

• Monitoring & Inspections: Regularly checking tanks and water systems to ensure everything is running smoothly. 🧐
• Temperature Tracking: Conducting monthly temperature monitoring to maintain optimal conditions. 🌡️
• System Checks: Performing weekly checks on flushing systems to keep them in top shape. ✅
• Hot Water Care: Undertaking chlorination of hot water cylinders for hygiene. 🧼
• Sample Collection: Taking water samples for Total Viable Count (TVC) bacteria control in both hot and cold water systems. 🦠➡️📊
• Lab Collaboration: Liaising with independent laboratories to analyze water quality. 🧪
• Learning & Development: Developing a deep understanding of flushing rates, heat dynamics, and the correct use of thermometers. 🤓
• TMV Maintenance: Maintaining Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs) and ensuring digital values are accurate. 💻
• Servicing & Inspections: Conducting checks, six-monthly servicing, and annual inspections of equipment. 🛠️
• Shower Head Care: Performing shower head cleaning, descaling, and quarterly disinfections. ✨
• Risk Assessment & Remediation: Gaining an understanding of HSL risk assessments and undertaking necessary remedial works. 💡
