  • Keeping our patient records updated on Systmone accurately. πŸ’»
  • Making copies of important documents. πŸ“„
  • Helping out our amazing GPs and Nurses with admin tasks. πŸ‘©β€βš•οΈπŸ‘¨β€βš•οΈ

Key responsibilities

  • Maintaining and monitoring the practice appointment system
  • Processing personal, telephone and e-requests for appointments, ensuring that patients are directed appropriately
  • Answering incoming phone calls, transferring calls or dealing with the callers request appropriately
  • Providing administrative support for the GPs’ and Nurses
  • Scanning of patient related documentation and attaching scanned documents to patient’s healthcare records
