Your Apprenticeship Journey:

This isn't your average classroom gig! Your apprenticeship is all about learning on the job, with a mix of face-to-face sessions and remote check-ins with your dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. Plus, you'll have a mentor right there in the pub to guide you. You'll also get support to earn your Functional Skills in English and Maths if needed. Regular reviews every 12 weeks will make sure you're on track and getting the feedback you need.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
• Ensure that each team member knows their stuff and can wow customers with a 5* experience.
