Estates Administrator 🏰
Are you organized, proactive, and ready to jump into a vital role? We're looking for an Estates Administrator to join our Estates team and keep things running smoothly! You'll be the go-to person for managing all incoming communications, inquiries, and administrative tasks related to our estates and facilities. 📧
What you'll be doing:
- Handling a steady flow of emails, requests, and administrative questions about our properties and facilities. 📬
- Providing essential day-to-day administrative support to the Estates and Facilities Manager and the entire Estates team. 🤝
- Keeping our digital and physical filing systems for all estate-related documents super organized and up-to-date. 📁
- Logging and processing maintenance requests through our internal system – crucial for keeping everything in top shape! 🛠️
- Mastering diary management and scheduling meetings for the Estates team. 🗓️
- Preparing all necessary materials for meetings, including agendas and supporting documents, and helping to record and share key actions and information afterward. 📝
