• Becoming the guardian of our curriculum hardware, ensuring it's always in top-notch condition and stored safely. 🛡️
• Getting hands-on with laptops and desktops, performing hardware component swaps and keeping things humming. 🔧
• Staying on top of audits, meticulously tracking all changes. 📊
• Performing essential maintenance on all ICT equipment as needed. 🛠️

Key responsibilities

• Login and support processing tickets
• Install and uninstall required software
• Install / reinstall operating systems to machines
• Troubleshoot classroom technical problems
• Clean and change hardware components within laptops / desktop computers

GCSE in: (English (grade 4-9, A*-C), Maths (grade 4-9, A*-C))
