Apprentice Administrator 🌟

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Administrator to join our awesome team! This is your chance to learn the ropes across various departments and kick-start your career. What you'll be doing:

  • Becoming a whiz with our CRM and stock management systems, keeping records tip-top. 🗂️
  • Chatting with customers, processing returns, and making sure their questions are answered. 🗣️
  • Handling new trade enquiries, reaching out to potential wholesale clients, and helping the sales team close deals. 🤝
  • Lending a hand in the Accounts department with simple tasks, data entry, and general financial admin. 💰
  • Supporting our Trademark & Copyright team, helping to spot unauthorised products and keeping records organised. 🧐
  • Diving into the stockroom to pick, pack, organise goods, and assist with stock checks. 📦
  • Keeping both electronic and paper records neat, tidy, and super easy to find. 🗄️
  • Providing general admin support across the business and pitching in on exciting projects. 🛠️

Key responsibilities

  • Utilise CRM and stock management systems, maintaining accurate records and inputting data.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, process returns, and follow up with customers.
  • Support the sales team by processing trade enquiries and contacting wholesale customers.
  • Assist with financial administration and Trademark & Copyright administration.
  • Provide practical support in the stockroom, including picking, packing, and organising goods.
