• Providing personalized 1:1 support for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). 🌟
• Facilitating small group interventions and targeted learning activities. 🎯
• Assisting children with communication, emotional regulation, and engagement strategies. 🗣️😊
• Championing play-based learning and maintaining classroom routines. 🧸
• Contributing to the creation of a safe and inclusive learning atmosphere. 🌈
• Supporting progress monitoring through regular assessments and developing support plans under guidance. 📊
