• Cashier Champ: Managing payments smoothly and efficiently. 💰
• Scheduler Superstar: Booking appointments and follow-ups to keep everything running like clockwork. ⏰
• Hygiene Hero: Sterilising and prepping equipment so our dentists can do their magic. ✨
• Record Keeper: Accurately managing patient notes and information. ✍️
• Comfort Creator: Helping patients feel relaxed and good about their dental experience. 🤗
• Spotless Zone Maintainer: Keeping our dental areas, including chairs, sparkling clean. ✨
• Stock Savvy: Managing and organising our equipment and supplies. 📦
• Team Player Extraordinaire: Pitching in with any other tasks to support our dentists and senior team, ensuring we provide the best patient care possible! 💪

Key responsibilities

• Reception duties, including answering the phone and greeting patients
• Managing patient queries, taking payments, and booking appointments
• Sterilising and preparing equipment for dentists
• Recording and managing patient records
• Cleaning dental areas and managing stock of equipment and supplies
