What You'll Be Doing:

  • Client Communication: Be the friendly voice and face of Trucksafe, handling client enquiries via phone and email, and assisting with bookings. 📞📧
  • Data Management: Accurately enter data, update client and workshop records, and ensure all information is stored securely. 📂
  • Parts & Logistics: Help with parts orders and assist in scheduling jobs and planning our workshop team's workload. 🔧
  • System Savvy: Get hands-on experience with essential tools like Sage, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook, plus our specialized booking and parts ordering software. 💻
  • Financial Flows: Create, update, and follow up on invoices. 💰
  • Customer Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service to everyone who connects with us. ⭐
