You'll be part of a small, welcoming team where learning is key. We've got you covered with awesome in-house training, plus a day a week at college to help you nail your administration qualification. 📚 We're big fans of apprenticeships and are thrilled to welcome you alongside our Teaching Assistant Apprentices!

  • Super Friendly & Approachable: You'll be the first point of contact! 👋
  • Adaptable: Ready to go with the flow and tackle new challenges. 🌊
  • Team Player & Independent: You can work brilliantly with others and on your own. 🤝
  • Great Communicator: You'll be chatting with students, parents, and staff. 🗣️

You'll have the chance to build fantastic relationships across the school and with our wider community. Our 152 incredible students have ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition) or moderate learning difficulties, and we're dedicated to making sure they have a positive experience every step of the way.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a warm and welcoming reception to everyone. 😊
  • Handling phone and face-to-face enquiries, and signing in visitors. 📞
  • Liaising with parents and staff. 📧
  • Keeping our computerised records up-to-date, including school registers. 💻
  • Managing stock and supplies – cataloguing and distributing as needed. 📦
  • Offering general advice and guidance to staff, pupils, and others. 💡
  • Helping out with hospitality for meetings and events. ☕
  • Maintaining our filing and archiving systems. 🗂️
