Your Apprenticeship Journey:

No boring college lectures! 🚫 This is hands-on, work-based training. You'll get:

• A mix of in-person sessions and virtual catch-ups with your Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. 💻
• A dedicated mentor right here in the workplace to guide you. 🌟
• Support to nail Functional Skills in English and Maths if needed. 📚

Key responsibilities

• Ensure team members are knowledgeable and provide a 5* customer experience.
• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, and resolve any issues promptly.
