What you'll be doing:
- Be the first point of contact for user queries, making sure all IT issues are sorted out quickly and effectively. ✅
- Help set up and install new IT services for our users. 💻
- Take ownership of managing new starters and leavers, ensuring a smooth IT transition. 👋
- Work alongside IT Analysts to manage our remote sites. 🌍
- Keep all our PCs, laptops, and servers up-to-date with the latest software and security patches. 🛡️
- Assist with managing folder and system access for all users. 📂
- Set up, deploy, and record all our tech gear, including PCs, phones, and tablets. 📱
- Visit different sites as needed to provide on-the-ground support. 🚶
- Continuously learn and develop your IT skills to ace your Apprenticeship modules and Vocational Course. 💡
- Follow company procedures for all administrative tasks. ✍️
- Report any IT problems or failures according to company guidelines. 🚨

Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day requests from the user community, ensuring swift resolution of issues.
- Assist in the provision, installation, maintenance, and deployment of IT services, software, and security patching.
- Support IT Analysts by managing starters and leavers, remote sites, and actioning folder and system access.
- Setup, deploy, and asset record all technology equipment (PC’s, Phones, and tablets etc.).
- Learn key IT skills to enable passing of modules and ensure adherence to company administration and reporting procedures.
