  • Helping with student supervision and behaviour management. ✅

Key responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one, small group, or in-class support for identified students with additional needs.
  • Adapt or modify materials and resources to ensure full curriculum access.
  • Support the use of ICT in learning activities.
  • Liaise with teachers, SENCO, specialist staff, parents, and carers regarding student support.
  • Assist in student supervision and management of student behaviour.
