What you'll be doing:

As an apprentice, you'll be hands-on, supporting the daily operations of the pharmacy. You'll be the friendly face assisting customers at the medicines counter, answering their questions, and working closely with the pharmacy team to deliver a safe and efficient service. You'll also get involved in:

  • Helping customers and addressing their needs with a smile 😊
  • Assisting with preparing and supplying prescriptions (always with supervision, of course!)
  • Managing stock, handling deliveries, and keeping records accurate ✍️
  • Using our pharmacy systems for prescriptions and sales 💻
  • Keeping the pharmacy clean, safe, and confidential 💯
  • Collaborating with the team to provide top-notch customer service ⭐

Your Apprenticeship Journey:

You'll be working towards a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship, typically completed over 15 months. Training will be a mix of on-the-job experience and guided learning. You'll need to commit to your contracted working hours and learning schedule. 🗓️
