About the Role:
As a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice, you'll be an integral part of our pharmacy team, supporting the smooth day-to-day operations. You'll be the friendly face assisting customers, working closely with colleagues to ensure we provide a safe, efficient, and top-notch service. 🤝 You'll also be working towards your Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship, with all the training and support you need to succeed. 📚
What You'll Be Doing (Key Duties):
- Greeting and assisting customers at the medicines counter, answering their questions with a smile. 😊
- Helping to prepare and dispense prescriptions under the watchful eye of our experienced team. 💊
- Managing stock, handling deliveries, and keeping our records super organised. 📦
- Using our pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales efficiently. 💻
- Keeping our pharmacy clean, safe, and confidential – always! ✨
- Collaborating with your team to deliver outstanding customer service. ⭐
