What you'll be doing:

• Providing top-notch care and support to individuals in their homes.
• Championing dignity, independence, choice, privacy, and respect for everyone you support. 🙌
• Assisting with personal care and everyday living activities.
• Handling light domestic tasks like laundry, ironing, and shopping. 🧺🛒
• Helping with prescription collections and supporting medication administration (once you're trained and authorised!).
• Using our rostering platform app to accurately record care visits, daily notes, and medication. 📱
• Keeping an eye on and reporting any changes in service users' health, wellbeing, or circumstances. 👀
• Always following safeguarding, health and safety, confidentiality, and company policies. 🛡️
• Joining in on staff meetings, supervision sessions, and essential training. 🤝
• Working towards your apprenticeship qualification while leveling up your care skills! 🚀
