What You'll Be Doing:

• Helping to get construction sites ready for action – think prepping and clearing the area. 🛠️
• Digging trenches and holes for foundations, drainage, and essential services. 💧
• Assisting with the installation of drainage systems, pipes, and underground utilities. 🚇
• Preparing and laying concrete, kerbs, paving, and other groundwork materials. 🧱
• Using and taking care of hand tools and small plant equipment safely. ✅
• Moving materials around the site – loading and unloading is key! 🚛
• Always sticking to health, safety, and environmental rules. Your safety is our priority! 💯
• Working closely with experienced groundworkers to pick up crucial industry skills and techniques. 🧑‍🏫
• Keeping your work areas clean, tidy, and organised. A tidy site is a safe site! ✨
• Attending college or training sessions as part of your apprenticeship. Level up your knowledge! 📚
