In this role, you'll get hands-on experience with:

  • Food Prep & Cooking: Get ready to chop, slice, and dice! You'll be prepping and cooking a wide range of fresh and frozen ingredients, from delicious meats, fish, and poultry 🍗🐟 to vibrant fruits and vegetables 🍎🥕.
  • Mastering Techniques: Learn and execute a variety of cooking methods, including poaching, simmering, steaming, boiling, braising, stewing, baking, grilling, and frying – become a culinary wizard! 🌪️
  • Stock Management: Become a pro at stock control, ensuring everything is stored correctly and rotated efficiently. 🧊
  • Teamwork: You'll be a vital part of our kitchen squad, working collaboratively to make sure our service runs smoothly. 🤝
  • Food Safety: Keep a close eye on food temperatures and be a guardian of allergen management throughout the entire cooking and serving process. 🌡️🛡️
