• The "Made to Measure" Process: Understand the intricacies of our unique "Made to Measure" production. ✨
• SAP Savvy: Learn to use SAP for managing material movements and all the important admin. 💻
• Forklift Pro: Become fully licensed and proficient operating both Reach and Counterbalance Forklift trucks. 🚧
• Customer Champion: Gain insights into the world of Customer Service and how we keep our clients happy. 😊
• Carlisle Operating System (COS) Expert: Immerse yourself in our operational framework, focusing on:
• Path to Zero (Health & Safety) – keeping everyone safe is our top priority! 🛡️
• Measuring Performance (SQDC & Tiered Accountability) – understanding what success looks like. 📊
• Maintaining High Standards (5S) – keeping our workspace organized and efficient. 🧹

On-the-Job Essentials:

• Safety First, Always: Ensure all activities comply with Health, Safety, and Fire regulations. 🚨
• Efficient Operations: Be responsible for accurate inventory put-away, picking, checking, and loading to meet customer needs and targets. ✅
• Equipment Care: Operate all equipment, including vehicles and machinery, safely and effectively, adhering to company policy and legal requirements. 🚗
• Stock Accuracy: Timely reporting of any stock variances or breakages to the Procurement Team. 📢
• Inventory Checks: Assist with regular inventory checks as per our Standard Operating Procedures. 🔢
• Housekeeping Excellence: Maintain immaculate housekeeping standards across the entire site. ✨
• Embrace COS: Apply Carlisle Operating System principles in all your tasks and projects. 💯

Key responsibilities

• Ensure that all activities undertaken within the operation comply with the relevant Health, Safety and Fire regulations
• Ensure that inventory is put away, picked checked and loaded in an efficient and effective manner, to meet customer service and KPI targets
• Ensure all equipment is operated in a safe and effective manner, with cognisance of any statutory requirements, and in accordance with Company Policy
• Ensure that the Procurement Team are informed of all stock variances and breakages in a timely manner
• To assist in perpetual inventory checks as per Standard Operating Procedure
