What you'll be doing:

  • Manage appointments: Book, cancel, and amend appointments seamlessly using our clinical system. 📅
  • Guide and support: Direct patients to the right clinician or service to meet their needs. ➡️
  • Process requests: Handle prescription requests and ensure they reach the correct team. 💊
  • Keep records ship-shape: Scan, file, and accurately update patient records with precision. 🗂️
  • Handle correspondence: Manage incoming and outgoing post and other important documents. ✉️
  • Support the team: Assist with various administrative tasks to help our GPs, nurses, and the wider practice team. 🤝
  • Uphold confidentiality: Strictly adhere to patient confidentiality, GDPR, and NHS policies. 🔒
