What you'll be doing:

• Greeting guests with a warm welcome and farewell, keeping them in the loop about our service, products, and special offers. 👋
• Making personalised recommendations based on what guests love. 🤩
• Valuing our regulars by remembering their preferences and having great chats. 🗣️
• Ensuring guests are having a fantastic time and handling any queries or feedback like a pro. 👍
• Collaborating with the entire team to deliver outstanding service and creating a supportive vibe. 🤝
• Keeping our front-of-house, outdoor, and toilet areas sparkling clean and tidy. ✨
• Participating in all training, including e-learning modules. 📚
• Adhering to brand standards, licensing laws, and company policies. ✅

Key responsibilities

• Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests, effectively communicating service and product information.
• Provide personalised recommendations to cater to guest needs and preferences.
• Ensure fast and efficient service, handling guest queries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of front of house, outdoor, and toilet areas.
• Participate in all in-house training, e-learning, and complete assigned learning modules.
