This is more than just a job – it's a 15-month full-time Apprenticeship working towards a Production Chef Level 2 qualification. You'll train on the job with seasoned chefs by your side. 🧑🍳 Gain a qualification, support our kitchens, and create memorable moments for our guests!
Your Apprenticeship includes:

Key responsibilities
- Participate in all in-house training, e-learning, and complete assigned learning modules.
- Prepare, cook, and present food quickly, safely, and efficiently to brand standard.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back of house areas.
- Have open communication and assist other team members whenever possible.
- Always adhere to brand standards, company policies, and procedures.
