- Keeping our kitchen and back-of-house sparkling clean and organised ✨.
- Getting our department ready to go and shutting it down, managing stock and prep like a pro 💯.
- Staying in the loop with what's hot in the business, deals, and new menu items 📰.
- Diving into all our training, including online stuff and assigned modules 📚.
- Always sticking to brand rules, laws, and company policies like the boss you are 👍.
- Filling out all the important paperwork, checks, and cleaning tasks 📝.

Your 15-Month Culinary Apprenticeship with Mitchells and Butlers:
You'll be working full-time in our kitchen, mentored by experienced chefs, while working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship. Get a nationally recognised qualification and help us create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests, keeping quality sky-high! 🌟

- No boring college lectures! Your training is all work-based, with face-to-face sessions and online check-ins with your Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. 💻

Your Wage:
- 16-20 year olds: £10.85 per hour
- 21+ year olds: £12.71 per hour

Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standard
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back of house areas with great attention to detail
- Set up and closedown the department including stock rotation and prep and par process
- Participate in all in-house training, e-learning and the completion of assigned learning modules
- Have open communication with the entire team, promoting a supportive atmosphere where you assist other team members whenever possible
