What you’ll be doing:

• Building Basics: Get hands-on with brickwork, blockwork, walls, steps, foundations, and concrete works. 🧱
• Site Prep Power: Help get sites ready for action – digging, excavating, moving soil, and prepping ground. 🌱
• Foundation Focus: Prepare areas for construction and landscaping, making sure everything is level and ready. 📏
• Paving Pros: Assist with laying paving, slabs, and stone for paths, patios, and raised beds. 🚶‍♀️
• Outdoor Structures: Help build walls, steps, paths, and other outdoor features. 🌳
• All-Rounder: Get involved with fencing, edging, drainage, and general external building tasks. 🏡
• Material Masters: Mix and prepare concrete and mortar, learning the right way to use them. 🥣
• Tool Time: Learn to use hand tools, machinery, and equipment safely and effectively as you grow. 🛠️
• Team Player: Work closely with the wider landscaping and building team to keep projects on track. 🤝
• Green Thumbs (Sometimes!): Assist with planting, turfing, and soil prep when needed. 🌸
• Client Care: Be respectful and professional when working at clients' homes. ✨
• Tidy Up Crew: Keep your workspace, tools, and equipment clean and organised. 🧹
• Safety First: Always follow health and safety procedures and wear your PPE. ⛑️
• Apprenticeship Journey: Attend training, complete coursework, and ace your practical assessments. 📚
