Key responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, dressing, nutrition and mobility.
- Support clients to maintain their independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing.
- Follow individual care plans, company policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families and colleagues, reporting any concerns or changes in a clientβs well-being.
