What you'll be doing daily:
- Helping to provide top-notch physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for the little ones. 🤗
- Being a supportive teammate to all staff members. 🙌
- Jumping into the daily rhythm of the classroom and making it awesome! 🎶
- Collaborating with colleagues to create fun and age-appropriate activities. 🎨
- Keeping awesome records of each key child's journey for their parents. ✍️
- Working closely with parents of children with special or additional needs to ensure everyone feels included. 🤝
- Being a fantastic part of our supportive staff family! 💖
- Chatting with and supporting parents and their families. 🗣️
- Attending some cool events outside of normal hours, like training sessions, monthly meetings, and parent evenings. 🗓️
- Being flexible and ready to lend a hand wherever needed – yes, even helping with light domestic tasks like cleaning equipment. 🧹
- Taking pride in keeping your assigned room super clean and tidy. ✨
- Being mindful of all children's dietary needs and requirements. 🍎
- Following all our company policies and procedures to the letter. ✅

Key responsibilities
- Contribute to a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children placed in the nursery.
- Assist in the implementation of the daily routine in the base room.
- Contribute to a programme of activities suitable to the age range of children.
- Keep an accurate record of achievement file on key children for parents.
- Support other personnel within the nursery and liaise with parents and other family members.
Entry requirements
GCSE in: (English (grade 4), Maths (grade 4))
