What you'll be doing:

• Learning and executing prep tasks with precision.
• Creating amazing dishes from scratch.
• Working within a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen team.
• Supporting the daily operations of the kitchen.
• Ensuring every dish served is top-notch, hot, and exactly to spec. 🔥

Your Journey with Marston's:

Over 15 months, you'll work towards your Chef Academy Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification. 🎓 This is your chance to build skills that you’ll use both at work and at home.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a chef role or as a Kitchen Porter (KP) is a bonus, but a willingness to learn is key! 💪
• Understanding (or a strong desire to learn!) kitchen areas and procedures.
• Team player attitude, ready to jump in and support.
• A genuine passion for delivering fantastic food, every single time. 💯
