Role Purpose:
Jump into our Compliance Team as a Compliance Administrator Apprentice! You'll be the go-to for making sure all our candidates, workers, and client info is legally sound and up to scratch. ๐ This role is your chance to learn the ropes of recruitment law, right-to-work checks, safeguarding, data protection, and industry standards โ all while keeping our records locked down. ๐
What You'll Be Doing:
- Compliance Crew Chief: Help onboard and verify candidates, making sure all their documents are on point. ๐ Check those crucial right-to-work and ID documents like a pro. ๐ต๏ธโโ๏ธ Assist with references and qualifications, and keep our candidate database sparkling clean. โจ Make sure everyone's compliant before they start their new role!
- Record Keeper Extraordinaire: Organize and manage electronic files with ninja-level precision. ๐ป Keep an eye on expiring documents and certifications so nothing slips through the cracks. ๐๏ธ Handle sensitive info with top-secret security, following GDPR rules. ๐คซ Run regular data checks to keep everything accurate.
- Audit & Reporting Support: Help out with internal audits to keep us in check. ๐ Generate reports and trackers to show our compliance progress. ๐ Chase up any missing docs and keep everyone informed. Support the Compliance Manager with all monitoring activities.
- Candidate & Client Connector: Be the friendly face (or voice!) reaching out to candidates for their paperwork. ๐ฃ๏ธ Provide admin support to our recruitment consultants on compliance matters. Answer compliance questions like a champ. ๐ Build awesome relationships with candidates, clients, and our internal team.
- General Admin All-Star: Lend a hand with admin tasks across the business. ๐ Support the payroll team to hit those weekly deadlines. ๐ฐ Attend training and smash your apprenticeship coursework. ๐ Contribute to making our compliance function even better. Stay in the loop with the latest legislation.

Bonus Points (Desirable):
Even a little bit of admin experience from school, work, volunteering, or a part-time job is a plus! โ Experience using computers and databases is handy. ๐ฅ๏ธ
Qualifications:
GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or you're ready to work towards them as part of your apprenticeship!). ๐
Salary:
National Apprenticeship Wage. ๐ฐ

Key responsibilities
