  • Next 18 Months: Transition into a dynamic legal team! Start in a crucial administrative role, then level up to a Paralegal position, gaining hands-on experience. πŸ“š

Years 3-4: Deepening Your Expertise

  • Undertake two distinct one-year placements in different legal teams. You'll continue as a Paralegal, taking on more challenging responsibilities and expanding your legal knowledge. πŸ’ͺ

Years 5-6: The Path to Qualification

  • Mirroring our prestigious Training Contract, you'll complete four six-month placements, with exciting opportunities to influence your rotation choices. πŸ—ΊοΈ
  • By the end of this journey, you'll be a fully qualified solicitor, equipped with a diverse range of experience across various legal specialisms. πŸ†

Your Weekly Schedule:

Spend four days a week actively engaged with our expert lawyers and professionals, learning the ropes. Your fifth day is dedicated to focused study at the University of Law, setting you up for success. πŸŽ“πŸ’‘

Key responsibilities

  • Get familiar with firm operations within Business Services teams.
  • Perform administrative tasks within legal teams.
  • Progress to and maintain a Paralegal role, taking on increasing responsibility.
  • Complete structured rotations (seats) across different legal teams.
  • Work alongside qualified lawyers and other professionals.
