What to Expect:
- Years 1-2: Foundation & Legal Immersion
- First 6 Months: Dive into the heart of our firm! You'll gain invaluable insights within our Business Services teams, such as Human Resources 🧑💼 or Governance and Risk 🛡️, understanding the essential backbone of our operations.
- Next 18 Months: Transition into the exciting world of law! You’ll begin in an administrative capacity within a legal team, building your understanding, before progressing to a Paralegal role 🧑⚖️, actively contributing to legal matters.
- Years 3-4: Deepening Legal Expertise
- Undertake two distinct one-year placements (seats) in different legal teams. Continue to excel as a Paralegal while progressively taking on greater responsibility and complex tasks. 📈
- Years 5-6: Advanced Practice & Specialization
- Mirroring our prestigious Training Contract structure, you will complete four six-month seats. This is your chance to have a significant influence on your rotational choices, exploring areas that truly ignite your passion. 🔥 By the end of this transformative programme, you will be a qualified solicitor, armed with a diverse range of experience across multiple legal disciplines.
Your Weekly Schedule:
- 4 Days: Hands-on experience working side-by-side with seasoned lawyers and legal professionals. 🤝
- 1 Day: Dedicated study time at the University of Law 📚, ensuring your academic growth keeps pace with your practical learning.
